I’m Peggy, a Caribbean-American creative from Brooklyn, New York with a passion for holistic wellness, herbal medicine, sports, and plant-based living. I’ve been married to my best friend for almost 30 years, and I'm a proud homeschool mom of three beautiful children. I’m also a devoted follower of Christ; His deep love and compassion for humankind inspires and motivates my thoughts, intentions, and actions every day.

Through the years, there were moments in my life when I wondered, "Why me?" or “Why did this happen?” or "What’s my purpose here?". My sister’s passing last year after a long battle with cancer was definitely one of those moments.

But I’m learning that my pain and struggles are not in vain; these moments of darkness are opportunities for us to learn and grow and draw closer to the Lord.

The truth is, in retrospect, I’ve learned so many valuable lessons through it all. Connecting to the Source of all life has opened my spiritual eyes to the truth about my existence on this earth.

A truly blessed life is achieved by ensuring that your mind, body, and spirit are in alignment with God's will and perfect balance, free of the “pollution” of this world.

More and more I realize that real life is not found on a screen or mobile device. That’s not our reality. Indeed, this life isn’t all there is.

I credit a wholesome diet, daily exercise, the love and support of my family, and especially my daily habit of consistent prayer and meditation on the Holy Scriptures for my ability to bounce back time and time again. I’m so excited to share some of the steps I’m taking to heal, blossom, and flourish in my life.

I pray that the wisdom I share on this platform will inspire you to live your life to the fullest. I hope you begin to heal from the wounds of the past and recognize your true self through the eyes of our loving Creator.
